As a trusted full service developer we take care of the entire real estate development. We do this based upon clear and transparent consensus. The uniqueness of Cocentive is that we take the full responsibility and bear the financial risk. Our ultimate objective is creating reciprocal value for all parties involved, so that every project produces a positive result not only financially, but also socially.
Under the heading connect, collaborate, cocreate we are continuously exploring new collaborations with professionals with whom we can fulfill the needs and requirements in a transparent manner. And by ‘we’ we mean all stakeholders such as residents, municipalities, architects, planners, green companies and builders with whom we create great places.
In our most recently completed project, West End Residence in Loosdrecht, our approach has resulted in a high-quality apartment complex with a luxury marina. Our current project, De Passage in Axel Terneuzen, concerns the revitalization of a large part of the village center, tailored to local needs by adding a mix of future-proof residential and retail units. We now also act on behalf of a few farmers as an area developer.
